Words Have Impact (WHI) started as a single struggling grad student who was fed up with academic life (and pay), and who thought he could cover his bills by helping companies with their blogs. Since then, the company has expanded to include six writers, two designers, web publishers, and a video partner– a sign that not only has the concept of “content” expanded and grown, but our own commitment to quality was something that the market wants.


We didn’t wake up one morning and chase new acronyms; we grew into them.
When AI came onto the scene, many people asked: “Does the affect what you do at Words Have Impact?”
The answer is yes, though maybe not in ways that anyone predicted. Where some saw a danger, we saw opportunity.
Search had picked up a new neighbor—answer engines—and those were structuring how people found information. Much of what we were already doing was relevant: thinking strategically, organizing our writing, and figuring out the “intent” behind a search. Now, we apply what we know about GEO/AEO/AISEO to that firm foundation so that our client can have their answers found, and their companies named.
